In order to achieve this goal on a continuous basis, JASC has implemented a management philosophy that involves total participation by its employees.

The JASC headquarters is located in Tempe, a suburb of the major metropolitan area of Phoenix, Arizona, where many high-tech facilities and access to a skilled work force are located. JASC is within a five minute drive of Sky Harbor International Airport in Phoenix and within a 15-mile radius of its major outside suppliers. This makes JASC conveniently accessible for out-of-town visitations and the location of our supplier base simplifies the logistics of product development and production. As a result, JASC is able to sustain daily operations and support growth while offering its customers Total Program Management so that JASC can be considered a convenient one-stop facility for control hardware.

The relationship that JASC management has with its employees is that they form an integral part of the business through an open door policy. This begins with plant-wide group communications conducted by the President who discusses current company status and what the future may bring. Furthermore, since JASC’s primary business is engineering and manufacturing of control assemblies, individual employees or groups of employees are assigned tasks and asked to manage their time to meet customers needs. This total involvement by the employee creates a very cooperative environment that is conducive to high quality and on-time product shipment to the customer.
