JASC Testing

The JASC test facility is equipped with several gas, oil, and Stoddard solvent test benches. To minimize test time and improve data analysis efficiency, JASC utilizes PC-based data acquisition systems using Windows 2000, Windows XP (8.5), and LabView™ software. To enhance development of a new product during testing, JASC has recently developed a universal building block approach to programming that greatly reduces the time required for data acquisition software development.

Test stands currently in use at JASC include:

Compressed Gas Supplies
-N2: 3600 PSI - 2 PPS / ambient temperature

MIL-H-5606:
-High Pressure Stand: 8 GPM, 5000 PSI
-Low Pressure Stand: 20 GPM, 3000 PSI
-30 GPM, 3000 PSI

MIL-L-23699:
-8 GPM, 5000 PSI

Simulated Fuel Benches (Stoddard Solvent):
-20 GPM, 2000 PSI
-6 GPM, 1000 PSI

Water System:
-12 GPM @ 20 PSIG Constant
-20 GPM @ 0-75 PSIG

Flushing Bench (Stoddard Solvent):
-5 GPM, 1000 PSIG

Compressed Breathing Air Supply:
-4500 PSI
